The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Barlean’s Omega Swirl fish oil in restoring optimal levels of red blood cell Omega 3’s over a period of 4 months as measured by OmegaQuant Laboratory. The parameters that will be used to assess this product’s effectiveness are the Omega 3 Index, the Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio, and the AA to Omega 3 ratio.
